Following is the Emotional Guidance Scale from Jerry and Ester Hicks.

Being grateful is #1 the highest state of our being.  When we are in this state we have the highest vibrational frequency and feel the best.  Where do you fall on the scale? 

Identify your feeling at any moment.  Find where you are on the scale and then think, say or do whatever it is that can raise you to the next level.  You may go for a walk in nature, sing or dance, pray, tell yourself wonderful words, or imagine yourself in the most beautiful place.  Whatever it takes raise your vibration!

    I love how concise this explanation is! Thank you Sheila! When people subscribe to my e-zine, Pathway2Abundance, the very first letter they get is about my top 10 Favorite Ways to Shift Your Attitude.
    While these are all more “positive” fun ways of going about it I must admit that at some very critical times in my life, anger has shifted me out of depression when I really needed to move forward and felt crippled by feelings of powerlessness. I wouldn’t of thought of anger as a good thing, but it really is all good when you view it from the bigger picture view, as you know!
