Our fear stops life from moving through us. This fear stops us from experiencing everything we want so deeply and dream of every day.
FEAR=false evidence appearing real
We cling to this fear without even realizing it is the very thing that is limiting us. The pain we experience from holding onto this fear is great and often felt in every area of our lives. And we wonder why life is just not working out for us. We refuse to let go of this fear because we are afraid of what could happen. We convinced ourselves that this pain and fear is protecting us in some way. In reality it is blocking us from all the good available.
What are the fears you carry around with you?
We know we are in the zone when life happens effortlessly!
What you need just appears…
Answers you want appear…
People you are to meet just show up….
Money you want appears…..
Activities that fill your soul happen…
Your mind is quiet! You no longer spend day and night thinking and trying to figure everything out.
Worry disappears and when it does creep in, you see immediately and clearly what it is and you laugh.
You trust that all is provided when needed, so you can let go of the need to figure it out.
When sadness or despair appear, you feel it deeply and know that it is a moment of eternity and let it go.
You breathe easier….you are more content…you are peaceful…..you smile more….
With 100% confidence you know you are always where you should be….
I Love and Accept Myself exactly as I AM!
This is the most important piece of the puzzle for living. If we believe this and act this and BE this, your life will be more peaceful. Under the layers of beliefs you have aquired since you were a child, is the underlying fear of not being good enough. As a newborn baby you knew you were love.
With time we begin to think “I am separate from love”. Through our experiences we develop thoughts that I have to heal, improve, and change who IAM to know love. When in effect what we have to do is ‘realize’ love – what we already are. We do this by accepting who we are, honoring our vulnerabilities, and living within peace by not seeking to continually fix who we are.
Only when we truly love ourselves do we have it to give to others.
What is truth? Is there really a universal truth?
Webster says: The meaning of the word truth extends from honesty, good faith, and sincerity in general, to agreement with fact or reality in particular.
The term has no single definition about which a majority of professional philosophers and scholars agree, and various theories of truth continue to be debated. There are differing claims on such questions as what constitutes truth; how to define and identify truth; the roles that revealed and acquired knowledge play; and whether truth is subjective, relative, objective, or absolute. This article introduces the various perspectives and claims, both today and throughout history.
So even the experts are somewhat unsure of what truth really is.
Dealing with a crisis can be the most difficult time of your life. Everything gets turned upside down. We may even go into shock. Now how do we know the truth to follow.
Great Wise Message from God
“You are the one to witness great changes in the world. The world is hurting and the world is at its best. The world is on a way of destruction and a world of pain. The world is meant to suffer no more. It is meant to be a vehicle of hope for all. Love is breaking barriers to what is possible.
Let go of the fear there is no fear in healing. The healing begins with a breakdown in its structure before it can heal the wounds of itself. Many will witness the change in what will happen next and that will be a way of peace among nations. The nations are at their worst and at the same time at their best.
The root of all human suffering is the belief that “I am not good enough”.
This was one of my most profound lessons as a cancer survivor.
Yet the core of our being, our soul, is LOVE!
We lose ourselves in this thing we call life. We forget who we are and what we came here for. We begin to believe we are all these experiences we are having. Through our experiences, we form beliefs and then we live out these beliefs over and over.
But we are not our thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. They exist outside of us.
We have a choice every moment to love and accept ourselves and create the life we choose. So many of us spend our time hoping, wishing, planning and scheming for our lives to be different than what they already are. We have used so much energy and time trying to create situations other than the one that we have, and end up missing the life in front our noses today.
The pelicans were here when we arrived……fascinating…inspiring…..
I arrived at the lake to prepare for some friends to arrive for a couple days of fun. It was raining and overcast skies. Not a perfect setting for a bonfire and time at the lake but was assured that all would be perfect.
As my friends arrived we noticed two beautiful pelicans sitting right in front of the cabin on the lake. I had never seen that before. Then they explained that they had seen pelicans as they were driving to the lake. They were beautiful, peaceful and serene. What a message for us, for all of us to live our life in peace and serenity.
As time went by we saw a third pelican, then a fourth. I couldn’t believe it! Why were they suddenly here? They had never been here for 11 years. Even more intriguing….they were all right in front of our cabin. They had the whole lake.
The simple phrase I wonder……. opens up a piece of you to explore and see and feel your deepest desires.
I wonder what today will bring…
I wonder what this Christmas season will bring….
I wonder what the meaning of this holiday season is for me……
I wonder how I could give and receive love…..
I wonder what the biggest gift I could give…..
I wonder what I am to learn this coming year…..
I wonder what I really want to do right now….
I wonder what my greatest gift to the world is….
I wonder how I feel about…..
I wonder if I should call__________….
My friend Jaques wrote this for us and it is so true…the lies we tell ourselves and then live out every day. We think they are true and real and we carry them with us and live them. They are not true.
They are showing up in our life for a purpose. We wanted them to show up for us. We actually set it up this way
They show up for us to see what it is we want and don’t want. They show up to remind us that we are not those thoughts or words or actions. They show up to remind us who we really are. It is like a game. We came here knowing the rules and how life worked and why we are here. Through life we slowly forgot the rules, how the game was played and why. Even if we have forgotten, we are still playing the game because we are living.
