Thank you. You are an inspiration. As you will discover in my new book, I am blessed to have survived cancer. I was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2003 and underwent chemotherapy at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. This was a powerful learning experience. My favorite advice was from a friend who is both a doctor and a Christian minister. He admonished me to hum. I became Sir Hum-alot. When you sing, the energy escapes. When you hum, the energy reverberates throughout your body sending a message to the good cells that "my body is a happy home," while sending a message to the bad cells that "you don't belong here."
