“You are the one to witness great changes in the world. The world is hurting and the world is at its best. The world is on a way of destruction and a world of pain.  The world is meant to suffer no more. It is meant to be a vehicle of hope for all.  Love is breaking barriers to what is possible. 

 Let go of the fear there is no fear in healing.  The healing begins with a breakdown in its structure before it can heal the wounds of itself. Many will witness the change in what will happen next and that will be a way of peace among nations.  The nations are at their worst and at the same time at their best. 

 Healing will bring the people together and the governments and leaders will have to listen to all those who work for peace and fairness among men. This is the nation among nations helping and supporting each other to a better world of tomorrow.  The right time will come in building and breaking down the walls of tomorrow’s leaders. Rebuilding a better tomorrow of the people in place of the heart ache and pain of the people. 

 Let your heart sing and believe the words. You will witness big changes that will benefit the nations.  The hearts are ready for change hope and dreams to take place for themselves and their children of tomorrows.  There are so many beginnings and so many endings to the story of destruction but there is only one god and only one way that will make it possible for the world to mend. That is bringing the heart of the people back to tomorrows dreams and what is possible to create if you are ready and worthy of that change.

This was one of my most profound lessons as a cancer survivor.

Yet the core of our being, our soul, is LOVE!

We lose ourselves in this thing we call life. We forget who we are and what we came here for. We begin to believe we are all these experiences we are having. Through our experiences, we form beliefs and then we live out these beliefs over and over.

But we are not our thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. They exist outside of us.

We have a choice every moment to love and accept ourselves and create the life we choose. So many of us spend our time hoping, wishing, planning and scheming for our lives to be different than what they already are. We have used so much energy and time trying to create situations other than the one that we have, and end up missing the life in front our noses today.

It is absolutely necessary to love our life and ourselves exactly as they are right now. Loving whatever is present in your life today is one of the greatest secrets to manifesting more love and abundance in your life. Be grateful for now and everything in now.

Reconnecting to my heart, I began to see ME again, and remember ME. I peeled away layers of thoughts, beliefs and experiences I accumulated through my life. I saw at my core I was love. But did I really love ME? Until I loved and accepted me completely, I knew I could never truly love another, and I knew I could never truly be well and alive and a cancer survivor.

When you connect to your heart and live from the inside out, you will see you are so much more than you can even imagine. Because at your core you are love itself.

The more you love and accept yourself exactly as you are, the more love you get from others, and the more loving, empowering, and abundant experiences you will have. Loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve, you improve your world.

“We can and ought to love everything around us, our family, our friends and each stranger, indiscriminately, as we love ourselves.

If we cannot love and serve those close to us we have nothing.

 We love not by feeling or thinking but by doing, by being love and in being love we know that we are here to serve the One, the All, because when we serve that is when we are love.

We are able to choose love over the self, over the ego, and that is true freedom, not whether we have the right to vote or to speak up or to get angry or to be naughty or to earn a living or to be happy.

If our concept of love is distorted then we have forgotten to serve. Why is there that conception that the mother or father is the one whose love is the purest?  Is it because they serve their children above themselves?

 We can apply this concept to all, without being radical about it, just in the smallest of things, through this we are able to allieviate the suffering which most of our brothers and sisters are living with each day, each hour, and to do so in those moments where and when we can.

Love in One, love above All.”

No matter what your situation, go within and find out your truth, whatever that is.  Then follow and believe.  That is when miracles happen.  This is how we were created to live.

I am a German national living in the Philippines with my husband and 4 children since 26 Years.  18 month ago I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme, the most aggressive and fastest growing of all stage 4 brain tumors.  I had no warning signs like headache, vision problems or any other problems except some tingling and cramping sensations in my leg, which did not really bother me much.

It was back in August 2007, then.  Being a type A person, I didn’t mentioned anything to my husband and 4 children and continued with my busy life.  The sensation became more and more uncomfortable especially when climbing up the 80 steps to our house on the hill, until when suddenly my leg gave way and I fell.   It happened twice in two weeks time.  That’s when I felt that I probably should have a checkup.

After some month of initial misdiagnosis of tumefactive MS – a tumor mimicking case of multiple sclerosis – finally a 5 cm brain tumor was discovered.   A pretty  big one in that location.   By that time my leg was so weak, that I could not walk anymore due to the pressure of the tumor to the nerves connected to my leg.

My wonderful and very loving husband carried me around.  I was operated in February 2008 in a seven hour awake operation, to avoid as much as possible damage to the many delicate nerves located in the brain.  I felt very calm before and during the operation and was able to comfort my frightened family and friends, telling them that there is nothing to worry since everything will be fine.  I kissed, hugged and smiled at my husband and was rolled into the operating room.

I had a team of fifteen doctors and nurses around me in the operating room.  One of the doctors asked me to pray, since it was not an easy operation.  They prayed, too. They were caring and very concerned.  I felt very secure and safe during all the preparations and had some interesting conversations with them until it was time for the incisions.  I was sedated then for a short time.

Before I fell into a short sleep, I saw myself walking on a straight road in a childlike age, holding hands with my heavenly mother and father, left and right.  I am sure, that it was the source of inspiration, confidence and fearlessness that gave me the strength on a spiritual level.  The love of my husband, children and friends nurtured me on an emotional level.  The care, dedication and professional expertise of the doctors and nurses gave me confidence on a pre- and post operation level.

I believe, all of that led me to this mission in my life:

YOU can conquer it – and so DID I ..

You see, after my successful operation, we had to wait for a few days for the result of the pathology.  Since I had an awake operation, I understood already during the operation, that the result was not what we hoped for, but I didn’t mentioned anything to anyone.  I used the time instead to prepare myself mentally to comfort and give strength to my family, for what I knew what was coming up next:  It was to deal with a very real Enemy and Threat to your Life:  being diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer is No Joke for Anyone!

Whether you are more afraid of your own life, which is very understandable, or the pain of loss for your husband/wife and children, it is always a dramatic change in the course of your life.

But the good news is, YOU do not have to die from it and Your Life might even change for the better!

I had a very dedicated surgeon, who had performed already more than 1000 brain surgeries by that time, but only fifteen awake surgeries.  Most patients are not willing to give it a try – despite the much lower risk of permanent damage – since the patient is conscious.  I felt no pain during the whole time.  The operation went fine.  After the operation, one of the female doctors asked me how I stayed so calm during the whole procedure.

I answered her that there is an Inner Sanctum, which everybody has inside and that’s where I go. There is no fear, because there is no room for fear.

I spent only the minimum of the post OP requirement of 24 hours in the ICU.  I was very hungry. Instead of swallowing the usual liquid food there, I asked my nurse to tell my surgeon that I needed real food.  Otherwise I would get seriously sick.  I got a full plate of real food.  Coming out of the ICU,  I had already the first 3 visitors in my room and the room was overflowing with flowers. It was nice to be alive.  When the result of the pathology was out, my surgeon had it repeated because he didn’t like the result.  We didn’t like it either. But I told him not to worry about me since I am not going to die now.

I am a fighter and survivor.

He told me, that he had so far never a patient with that diagnosis, who told him not to worry about it…He added that my positive spirit was quite unusual.  I left the hospital 8 days after my operation.  The following evening our Indian and Filipino friends gave a big Thanksgiving Dinner for my survival and my whole family. My surgeon was invited, too.  The usual post OP “Therapy” is Chemo and Radiation.  The oncologist and radiologist told me, that this was my only (slight) chance of survival.  Usually most are gone after 6-12 month with that diagnosis.

I didn’t believe my doctors anyway and listened to my inner voice insteadwhich told me, that it is not my time now and there is another and much better way for me.

I told the doctors that I decided to take the road less traveled and treat myself with purely natural modalities instead.  They gave me 3 weeks until the tumor was to return.  That was back in March 2008.  It is now July 30, 2009. And I am not only alive, but completely cancer free!

My husband and I have spent the last 18 month researching intensively and became completely fascinated by the vast variety of purely alternative methods available to get rid of all kinds of cancers.  I am absolutely convinced, that I would not be alive today,  had I let chemo destroy my immune system with chemo “therapy” or had I let the radiation “treatment” damage the DNA of millions of my healthy cells – which causes cancer to return!  I instead had my immune system seriously boosted and used immune cell therapy and powerful, fresh enzymes to expose the remaining cancer cells to my immune system to kill them.  I also use a variety of alternative methods to clean my cells and all organs from free radicals and toxins.

We have not invented natural or alternative healing!

I AM merely a Witness to it’s efficiency and made it My Mission to bring it to YOU in a refined and easily accessible way.

We don’t know how many lives we REALLY touch each day by the words we say or the little things we do, or the smile we carried on our face.  Truly the smallest actions can have a profound effect on another person.  Our lives are to be shared with all the living souls around us.  We are hear to express the love we are, in human form.  We are God expressed in a physical body.

We have the capability to change the world….we have the capability to create peace……we have the capability to have unlimited abundance.

Having faith is the deep knowing that all that we are experiencing is for our highest good.  We don’t have to doubt.  It is our birthright.  We just forgot…..remember who YOU are.

In My Sister’s Keeper, each individual of Ann’s  family was experiencing their own loss and with that all the emotions that accompany it.  Even as parent’s, they couldn’t really see what was happening to Anna and the internal turmoil and external pain she was trying so hard to cope with.  Their only son was lost and forgotten and living in a world unknown to them.  Kate was consumed with pain and guilt for what she was causing her family and especially her sister, Anna.  They were so focussed on Kate and keeping her alive, at all costs, they were unaware of the real “dying” all around them.

When we lose our awareness of this moment, we actually disconnect from what is real.  We are unaware of words, actions, feelings around us.  We are consumed by our mind.  Our mind takes control of our life and then we become our mind.  If we are fortunate to wake up, we wonder HOW DID THIS ALL HAPPEN? 

We saw this played over and over in the movie with Anna and her entire family.  Any tragedy or loss in life can send us in a tailspin.  Its as if we go unconscious………..and we actually do, completely not present and aware.  How powerful and creative we will be when we are able to stay conscious and aware in these moments of tragedy.

When Kate’s kidneys fail, Anna is expected to donate one of her own.   It took Anna to hire a lawyer to be medically emancipated from her parents and gain the right to make the decision herself. Her lawyer, Campbell Alexander, works for her pro bono.

At the end of the book, it is revealed that the reason Anna initiated the lawsuit was that her sister didn’t want her to donate the kidney; Kate was tired of being sick and was ready to die. After the trial, Anna is granted medical emancipation but just as she is about to reveal whether she will donate, she suffers a closed head injury in a car crash and is left brain dead. As Campbell Alexander has power of attorney for Anna, he agrees to the donation.

In the epilogue, it is revealed that Kate survived the transplant, although doctors had thought she might be too weak. Kate believes that the reason she survived is that Anna took her place in heaven.

So who really has the right to decide what is best for us?

Lots to ponder….

 I saw myself for many years of my life as this physical body.  I thought as long as I maintained this physical life with success, my life would go smoothly.  Through time many aspects of my physical world and life began falling apart.  I didn’t understand what was happening.  Everything was happening TO me and I didn’t see the connection. 

Everything was outside of me.  My connection to my true self was lost.  I no longer could hear that voice within.  It was clouded or veiled by all the external noise of life; my activities, job, kids, roles I played, just the dramas of life.  I had forgotten that I was not all of those activities and roles, but didn’t know it.  I was all of the external noise.

I didn’t know my mind was really trying to control everything in my life.   I didn’t recognize how my mind was creating stress and chaos and trouble all around me and in me.  It created physical ailments and emotional ailments.  Completely unaware, I treaded through life believing or convincing myself all was well.

Then, YOU HAVE CANCER!  Quite a wake up call and one I knew deep within I needed.  I didn’t know how to stop!

I began the journey healing my physical body through nutrition and cleansing.  It is the most logical place to start.  Then through the journey I began to see more clearly I was more than this physical body.  I was being led on a journey back to myself.  A journey from the outside in.

After seeing and feeling and experiencing this transformation, I realized it is all about living from the inside out.  I had forgotten and had gotten distracted trying to live and survive in the world.  I had forgotten how to use my emotions as my guide in life.  I had forgotten how to use my mind for the tool it was created for.  I had forgotten that I had a voice within, with the wisdom and love that I was.

Now speaking with others I share the steps of living from the heart.  When we master the 5 Steps of Living From the Heart we can master our life. I want everyone to experience Living From the Heart.
