My friend Jaques wrote this for us and it is so true…the lies we tell ourselves and then live out every day. We think they are true and real and we carry them with us and live them. They are not true.
They are showing up in our life for a purpose. We wanted them to show up for us. We actually set it up this way
They show up for us to see what it is we want and don’t want. They show up to remind us that we are not those thoughts or words or actions. They show up to remind us who we really are. It is like a game. We came here knowing the rules and how life worked and why we are here. Through life we slowly forgot the rules, how the game was played and why. Even if we have forgotten, we are still playing the game because we are living.
“We can and ought to love everything around us, our family, our friends and each stranger, indiscriminately, as we love ourselves.
If we cannot love and serve those close to us we have nothing.
We love not by feeling or thinking but by doing, by being love and in being love we know that we are here to serve the One, the All, because when we serve that is when we are love.
We are able to choose love over the self, over the ego, and that is true freedom, not whether we have the right to vote or to speak up or to get angry or to be naughty or to earn a living or to be happy.
Within each of us is our connection to the most powerful, loving, all intelligent energy in the universe. That is where the answers lie for each of us. Here is an amazing story of a young woman who listened to her inner authority and followed it and believed.
No matter what your situation, go within and find out your truth, whatever that is. Then follow and believe. That is when miracles happen. This is how we were created to live.
I am a German national living in the Philippines with my husband and 4 children since 26 Years. 18 month ago I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme, the most aggressive and fastest growing of all stage 4 brain tumors. I had no warning signs like headache, vision problems or any other problems except some tingling and cramping sensations in my leg, which did not really bother me much.

We are the creators of our own reality and our beliefs form the experiences we encounter on this earth.
So can we change our health by changing our beliefs? Can we change the consciousness inregards to cancerand eliminate it?
As the debate rages on in Washington and across the nation dividing us along party lines as we search for the best methods and methodologies for administering healthcare in America. However there is an underlying Truth that is missing from the debate. This Truth is that complete and perfect Health is everyone’s birthright. This capacity is innate, fundamental and within the sovereignty of individual being.
Your presence is a gift to the world,

We lose ourselves in this thing we call life. We forget who we are and what we came here for. We begin to believe we are all these experiences we are having. Through our experiences, we form beliefs and then we live out these beliefs over and over.
But we are not our thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. They exist outside of us.
We have a choice every moment to love and accept ourselves and create the life we choose. So many of us spend our time hoping, wishing, planning and scheming for our lives to be different than what they already are. We have used so much energy and time trying to create situations other than the one that we have, and end up missing the life in front our noses today.

Being grateful is #1 the highest state of our being. When we are in this state we have the highest vibrational frequency and feel the best. Where do you fall on the scale?
Identify your feeling at any moment. Find where you are on the scale and then think, say or do whatever it is that can raise you to the next level. You may go for a walk in nature, sing or dance, pray, tell yourself wonderful words, or imagine yourself in the most beautiful place. Whatever it takes raise your vibration!
