Living Proof – A Man’s Unusual Prescription for Bone Cancer:

In 1995, 54-year-old Michael Gearin-Tosh was diagnosed with myeloma, a form of cancer affecting the bone marrow. Myeloma is one of the most deadly forms of cancer. Faced with the prospect of chemotherapy, he decided to create his own natural protocol which included:

1. Gerson therapy entails juicing fresh fruits and vegetables; it is combined with three coffee enemas per day (www.gerson.org).

2. Regular acupuncture treatments.

3. He consumed enormous amounts of vitamin C, as prescribed by Dr. Linus Pauling.

4. He performed Chinese breathing exercises, a practice used for thousands of years. For one hour a day, he visualized inhaling oxygen through his toes.

According to Gearin-Tosh, “I imagined the heroic Imperial Russian armies that defeated Napoleon in 1812 marching through my body, looking for white cancerous cells to hunt out and destroy.”

Doctors gave him little likelihood of surviving no more than one year without chemotherapy. More than 7 years after that prediction, he wrote his book – a success story that will touch anyone who has fought cancer, along with friends and family members of a cancer patient.

A Woman is Cured of 3rd Stage Cancer Using Nigella Sativa:

Nigella Sativa (or black seed, as it is more commonly called) is a well-documented cure for many forms of cancer, including pancreatic cancer. Black seed is used to treat everything from migraines to cancer.

A woman in Yemen, suffering from 3rd stage cancer, sought a natural treatment. She was advised to take black seeds with honey three times a day, in addition to garlic and honey, also taken three times per day.

Her husband faithfully crushed the seeds and mixed them with honey. He also crushed the fresh garlic and mixed it with honey. After three months, her cancer disappeared. The woman has continued to use honey and garlic, even after the disappearance of her disease.

Breast Cancer Cure Using a Natural Diet:

Marilyn Brent, breast cancer survivor, has shared her story of survival using a natural cancer plan developed by Solomon J. Wickey. Her plan was very simple, comprised of the following elements:

1. Drink fresh carrot and celery juice every day (1 pint each)

2. Maintain a healthy diet with no animal proteins, no sugars, salts, eggs, dairy, white flour or peanuts.

3. She also took some herbs for 9 weeks, which consisted of: 1 tsp red clover blend, 1 tsp whole apricot extract, 6 food enzymes, 6 parsley, 6 pau d’arco.

4. She avoided cooking in the microwave.

She also walked daily, drank only pure water and prayed a lot.

Amanda’s Cure for Cervical Cancer:

Amanda says she cured her cervical cancer with a raw vegan diet, meditation and yoga. Her cancer diagnosis served as a wake-up call about her unhealthy diet.

According to Amanda, “A raw food vegan diet is based on unprocessed and uncooked plant foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts, seeds, grains, beans, nuts, dried fruit, and seaweed.”

I had stage 4 melanoma and there really is no real effective treatment even today.  Not much progress has been made over the last 15 years.  This is from a report out of the UK.
Scientists believe that they have found a cure for skin cancer.

A vaccine being tested in the UK has helped been shown to help some patients fully recover from melanoma, even in its advanced stages.

It attacks tumour cells, leaving healthy cells undamaged and carries agents that boost the body’s response to skin cancer.
Dr Howard Kaufman, of Chicago’s Rush University Medical Centre, said: “Our study shows we may have a cure for some advanced melanoma patients and a drug which has real benefits for others.

“This will save thousands of lives a year.”

Over the past 25 years, rates of melanoma in Britain have risen faster than any other common cancer and 2,000 die from the disease every year.

A study of 50 patients with advanced melanoma who had been given no more than nine months to live found that 16 per cent of them recovered completely with the vaccine. They have been disease-free for more than four years.

Another 28 per cent saw the size of their tumours more than halved.

It is hoped the licensing will be “fast-tracked” and it will be on the market within five years.

Melanoma is now the most common cancer in young adults aged 15 to 34, with 10,41 new cases diagnosed every year in the UK.

In all of the complexities of life, there is no simpler, no more profound truth.

Live in this and all will flourish!

If we just did this…love…..love ourselves…with no judgement, condemnation……

And loved others….with no judgement or persecution…Love them for EXACTLY who they are no matter what!

Then what would our world be like…just this one thing???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need our mind to use and function in this world.  We just have forgotten how and when to use it.  We have come to believe we are our mind.  All the thoughts that exist have always existed in the universe.  There are no new thoughts.  We just keep thinking them over and over.  Then through time we have come to believe these thoughts and live by all these thoughts and NOW have become these thoughts.  As we have become these thoughts, we have lost ourselves.  We no longer can remember who we are.

Your thoughts are not to be avoided.  You don’t need to try so hard not to think them or to meditate them out.  Your thoughts are to be loved and understood.  When we try hard to change we are fighting against what is part of our existence.  Fighting against always creates more of the very thing.

We don’t want to kill thoughts, we want to embrace and love them.

We as human beings are the balance of human and being.  The human self is the physical self that expresses itself in life.  It is your mind and ego self that is essential to living each day.  We need this part of us to do all the activities we engage in every day.  We plan and set goals, work, conduct meetings, manage our households, etc using our mind.

The being part of you in your true nature, or who you really are.  It is your heart or soul or consciousness, connected to all, to God, to the universe.  It is the stillness within.  It is the connection to the wisdom within.  It is YOU!

Your ability to access the stillness within you, this consciousness, will allow you to be in this place and then choose when to use your mind.

When you use your mind and your thoughts, ego or human self, to live in the world and be the stillness, you have balanced your human and being.  This is when life works for you and you can create what you want.

When we are able to use our mind and thoughts in our life, but stay present to who we are, we will experience peace and freedom.

See your mind for what it is and know YOU!

Every human soul comes to this earth with a purpose, often unaware of what that purpose is, but deep down there is a tugging of the human mind and body to follow that journey from within.

What is your purpose?

Each person’s purpose is unique to them and I believe agree to long before they enter the human body.  Our purpose sets the course of our life and all others that we touch.  I believe we come together in our relationships for the purpose of assisting ourselves and others to really remember who we are and why we have come here.  We are waking each other up to our true essence.

Each of our experiences are moments for us to learn and remember the God within and the love and power we really are.

Anna’s words of wisdom are an inspiration to all of us.

Anna came into the world via in vitro fertilization, so that she would be a genetic match for her older sister Kate. Kate, the eldest daughter of the Fitzgerald family, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia when she was 2 years.   When  Anna was born, her cord blood was donated to her sister, but when the leukemia returned, she then had to donate blood and bone marrow.

When Kate’s kidneys fail, Anna is expected to donate one of her own.  Isn’t this her purpose for being born?

Anna’s parents made the decision to create Anna for the purpose of saving Kate.

Whose purpose is it?  Who really has control over our purpose?

The enormity of these questions, answers and individual decisions is played out in this amazing drama, My Sister’s Keeper.  This is a story of a family struggling through the devastation of cancer.

Because cancer touches every aspect of life.  Every relationship is affected and often challenged.  Every feeling and emotion possible is present.  Finances, school, careers, decision making, home duties, spiritual life, etc. are all touched some times positively and sometimes negatively through a tragedy.

Throughout this story we see how these tough life choices affect each individual of the family.  Mom and dad have different viewpoints and needs and they struggle to keep their relationship together.  While the sole brother of the family seems to disappear in the background.

Cancer or any loss or tragedy can tear a family apart.

Often we wait until a tragedy happens or we are faced with death to really look at ourselves and our lives.  I face dying from cancer to wake up.  Interesting how we often really start living when we are dying.

May this be a reminder for all of us to live NOW, to experience joy NOW, to say the things we want to say NOW, to do the things be want to do NOW….

We don’t know what tomorrow will bring.  Celebrate life NOW!

IF I HAD MY LIFE TO LIVE OVER – by Erma Bombeck

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren’t there for the day.
 
I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.
 
I would have talked less and listened more.
 
I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded.
 
I would have eaten the popcorn in the ‘good’ living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.
 
I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.
 
I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.
 
I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.
 
I would have sat on the lawn with my grass stains.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.
 
I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn’t show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.
 
Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I’d have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.

When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, ‘Later. Now go get washed up for dinner.’ There would have been more ‘I love you’s’ More ‘I’m sorry’s.’

But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute, look at it and really see it, live it and never give it back. STOP SWEATING THE SMALL STUFF!!!

 Don’t worry about who doesn’t like you, who has more, or who’s doing what
 Instead, let’s cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us.

One woman who is 86 years old worked hard her whole life causing her to experiencing physical pain in her lower back.  They do everything they can to relieve pain including giving pain medication.  Her family also requests a massage therapist to come in and work on their mother to try to make her as comfortable as possible.

One day the massage therapist came in and suggested she only do hands on energy healing that day. 

 Energy healing is a somewhat broad term for any form of healing that smooths out, manipulates, restores or balances the flow of energy in the body. It may include subtle energy healing, the laying on of hands, polarity therapy, Reiki and others.

The therapist held her hands on this woman’s lower back.  The therapist is a vehicle or conduit for energy to flow from God to the woman in need of healing.  After a short time the woman was dripping with sweat from the heat coming from her body.  My friend looked in awe at the therapist and she too was sweating. 

My friend almost cried in the beauty of what she was witnessing.  Later the woman had no back pain.

I love hearing these stories of healing modalities.  There are so many healing tools available.  I am grateful for the healing I experienced from energy work also.  There is cancer support and support for all illnessess available.  Trust and believe.  Miracles happen every day.

 I saw myself for many years of my life as this physical body.  I thought as long as I maintained this physical life with success, my life would go smoothly.  Through time many aspects of my physical world and life began falling apart.  I didn’t understand what was happening.  Everything was happening TO me and I didn’t see the connection. 

Everything was outside of me.  My connection to my true self was lost.  I no longer could hear that voice within.  It was clouded or veiled by all the external noise of life; my activities, job, kids, roles I played, just the dramas of life.  I had forgotten that I was not all of those activities and roles, but didn’t know it.  I was all of the external noise.

I didn’t know my mind was really trying to control everything in my life.   I didn’t recognize how my mind was creating stress and chaos and trouble all around me and in me.  It created physical ailments and emotional ailments.  Completely unaware, I treaded through life believing or convincing myself all was well.

Then, YOU HAVE CANCER!  Quite a wake up call and one I knew deep within I needed.  I didn’t know how to stop!

I began the journey healing my physical body through nutrition and cleansing.  It is the most logical place to start.  Then through the journey I began to see more clearly I was more than this physical body.  I was being led on a journey back to myself.  A journey from the outside in.

After seeing and feeling and experiencing this transformation, I realized it is all about living from the inside out.  I had forgotten and had gotten distracted trying to live and survive in the world.  I had forgotten how to use my emotions as my guide in life.  I had forgotten how to use my mind for the tool it was created for.  I had forgotten that I had a voice within, with the wisdom and love that I was.

Now speaking with others I share the steps of living from the heart.  When we master the 5 Steps of Living From the Heart we can master our life. I want everyone to experience Living From the Heart.
