Do you feel the power within you?

Do you believe its there?

We are connected to all that is…or God…we are part of God and with that have the power within us to feel the power and love of who we are.

If you can’t feel it, why not?  If you can’t live in the space, why not?

I guess we call it life…we let life get in the way.  Life’s activities seem to take us over and we begin to live in the activities and not in the energy of our power within.  Activities become easier, less stressful, more enjoyable when we start from within.

How do we do it?  Most of us have forgotten….don’t you think?

Start with quiet time with you….just you…five minutes a day.  Make this a priority.  Just be quiet, relax and just be.  Don’t do anything or strive for anything…just be.

Then before you begin any activity……stop, and just breathe…..calm yourself…..feel the energy rush down from your head through your body….feel your body relax.

Just these two practices EVERY DAY will bring your awareness to right now.  JUST do it!

These simple practices will become part of your life and as they do you will experience a new awareness.

Within each of us is our connection to the most powerful, loving, all intelligent energy in the universe.  That is where the answers lie for each of us.  Here is an amazing story of a young woman who listened to her inner authority and followed it and believed.

No matter what your situation, go within and find out your truth, whatever that is.  Then follow and believe.  That is when miracles happen.  This is how we were created to live.

I am a German national living in the Philippines with my husband and 4 children since 26 Years.  18 month ago I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme, the most aggressive and fastest growing of all stage 4 brain tumors.  I had no warning signs like headache, vision problems or any other problems except some tingling and cramping sensations in my leg, which did not really bother me much.

What is the difference?  Is energy and our spirit the same thing?  Are we using different words to point to the same thing?

As we know, science and spirituality are merging and coming closer and closer together in their theories or thoughts and beliefs.  We are alive at this time, to experience a significant change in the world where there is a coming together of different thoughts, different disciplines and people.

One of Einstein’s great insights was to realize that matter and energy are really different forms of the same thing. Matter can be turned into energy, and energy into matter. E=MC2

So does this point to our physical body as matter, can be turned into energy?

And where is the source to this energy?

Many describe it or point to it as a universal life force, or source energy.

We are first aware of our physical body, then our mental body and then OH, NO! what are all these feelings here for?? and then we begin to recognize our true selves.  Some people refer to this as our soul or our spiritual selves, our higher self, our knowing or intuition, our connection to God. Whatever you choose to call it is perfect for you. 

 I saw myself for many years of my life as this physical body.  I thought as long as I maintained this physical life with success, my life would go smoothly.  Through time many aspects of my physical world and life began falling apart.  I didn’t understand what was happening.  Everything was happening TO me and I didn’t see the connection.

I believe we have access to the power to heal our bodies, minds and spirits.  I believe we have direct access to God to provide what we need in our lives.

I believe we have angels all around us and available to help guide us when we call them.

Some background on this song. It was inspired by a lovely elderly woman whose piano I tuned. A lung cancer patient, she has stopped chemo and now wants only to play an in tune piano, calling it “better than medicine.” It was a very moving experience that made me pause long and hard and contemplate how the things we sometimes consider menial tasks can and do impact the lives of others. That, coupled with the fact that the whole situation brought back memories of my mom’s struggle with lung cancer several years back, was the inspiration for this song and its title of “Stage 4.”

Watching this customer of mine, oxygen canister in tow, sit at the piano and play and nod her approval, was more payment than I could ever ask for. Driving home with the experience fresh in my memory, this song came out of nowhere and it was all I could do to get home fast enough to record it.

A message for you from God!

Alone and desperate to heal from stage 4 melanoma the grace of God poured through me with this message.

I wanted to live for my three small children. I would do anything to receive the wisdom to live. This wisdom is a gift to be shared by all of us. Together we can heal no matter where we are in our life cycle.

Be Truly Alive. Find hope to take the next step. Wisdom shared by experts. Books and audios to inspire. Tools to assist in healing.  AND most importantly friends who remind you, you are never really alone.
