If you are in a dangerous situation what happens to you, how do you feel? For example think of a time when you almost had a car accident and in a split second you were safe. What happened to your body, your breathing? Your muscles tense, your heart races and beats faster, and your breathing is fast.

This is your body’s natural instinct to react with this fear. This is instinct. Emotions now are similar but different. They are your body’s response to a thought. So for example you are begin to worry about your daughter who hasn’t come home and you begin to think about the freeway she is driving on and then imagine a horrible accident. Your heart beats faster, your muscles are tense and your breathing is faster.

 To the body a thought like this of fear and worry means danger and the body responds accordingly. “Although the body is very intelligent, it cannot tell the difference between an actual situaltion and a thought. It reacts to every thought as if it were a reality.” Eckart Tolle

This is all a mental game, not real, but it is producing a lot of bodily functions to change. Over time what happens to all this negative energy in our body?

 I had to learn this lesson to survive my cancer. My mind was controlling my life, my health, my body, my spirit. And all the thoughts were not even real. As a cancer survivor speaker I use my story of learning this and healing to help others see and feel and change their thinking too.

How do I deal with the never ending fear associated with a cancer diagnosis?  (not just for cancer but for all our fears)

Just the word cancer brings up a huge energy of fear in everyone…we have come to know the word and the dreaded consequences of it.  Cancer seems to be everywhere….it touches everyones life…its scary!!  We begin to believe if I get cancer its a death sentence.  Its not….but we hold these beliefs and fears about cancer within us.

If you are going through treatment for cancer it is a never ending state of fear…is the treatment working?

Will my cancer cells die?  Will it come back?  Will I be sick?  What will happen to my kids, spouse, family? How am I going to pay for all this?  What if I can’t work?  What if I lose my job?  What if I die?

And the list goes on and on….Can you feel the above words…how much fear and how you can spiral into millions of questions and more and more fear?

It is like a vicious circle feeding off itself…creating more and more of the fearful thoughts and scenerios.

This is common and can happen….but it is very important to have tools to shift yourself out of that energy into a higher energy.  Your body can heal, there are many treatments and options available,  and you have to work on staying in a higher vibration of energy for your body to heal.  Your body can’t heal in a low energy state.

If you noticed all the questions above have to do with what might happen…..none of them are happening now…they are something that could happen in the future….SO they are not even real.

Your mind creates thoughts which can rule your life….it can create monstrosities……

You have two options……continue to think about all these fearful things that may happen in the future…which wastes all your healing energy…..

OR

Notice all these thoughts and DECIDE…that you don’t know what is going to happen in the future and thinking, thinking, thinking and becoming more fearful is wasting your time and precious energy.  The energy you want to heal.

You choose…….

If you choose to use your energy for healing…try this………………..

Focus your attention in your body as much as possible.  Feel it from within.  Is there life in your hands, feet, arms, chest, etc.?  Can you feel energy flowing through your body?  Stay focussed on your inner body.  Notice the pulsating energy flowing through all your cells and organ…this is what gives you life…Feel it deeply.  Feel your body alive.

Your focus on the inner body has freed your mind…….this will help you so you won’t lose yourself in your mind.  You will still have thoughts, emotions, fears, etc. but they won’t take you over.

Practice this every day for a week and you will be amazed at how you feel.  Many times a day, refocus yourself back into your inner body and feel it.

I was feeling a lot of pain…..the pain was gone…I know it sounds incredible and it is…

I have always believed in miracles…

I have always believed anything is possible….

And I have always believed that it really is our birthright to be healthy and abundant.

It doesn’t have to be hard or a struggle…I have always believed, IT REALLY HAS TO BE SIMPLE!

What do you want your life to look like???? Write it down…

Whatever you are dealing with today…remember their are infinite possibilities if you open to them.

Sometimes we can’t see, imagine, feel, or even believe it.

These are simple habits to help you open the door to your heart and create the changes you want in your life.

1. 5 to 15 minutes of quiet time each day connecting to your spirit and heart. Your head is only a tool.

Use your mind only when you need it during your day. Use your mind just like any tool (i.e.calculator)

Take your mind out only when you need it. You are not your mind……Let your spirit out.

2. Your feelings and emotions are your God given guidance system to help guide you along your life’s journey.

Follow the guidance of your heart and emotions.

Whatever you are doing, thinking, deciding, etc..ask the question……Does it feel good…or not???

Pay attention!!

3. Journal each day- let your spirit out, uncover it again. Write from your heart not your head.

4. What are you grateful for today?

5. Be aware what you are feeling, thinking, believing and doing…..

Awarenes is key to opening to new, exciting possibilities and change.

Zero-point energy is the energy that remains when all other energy is removed from a system

In physics, the zero-point energy is the lowest possible energy that a quantum mechanical physical system may have and is the energy of the ground state. The quantum mechanical system that encapsulates this energy is the zero-point field. The concept was first proposed by Albert Einstein and Otto Stern in 1913. 

Quantum physicists predicted and now experiments conclude that so called empty space “the vacuum” is made up of a vast energy known now as zero point energy.

All this zero point stuff will eventually remodel and completely change our view of the universe. There is enough of this zero point energy in a small 8oz glass to boil away all of the earths oceans. So do you think it could be powerful enough to make a positive change in you?

When your body is exposed to this zero point energy, the cells within you recognize and remember what their most perfect state is, from source. There is a communication of information that takes place and the cells in your body remember what it is like to be healthy and return to that state of homeostasis and balance. Sure seems like magic, and it’s science.

We can choose to take personal responsibility for their own healing and to learn from what got us to a place of dis-ease in the first place. We all get to take responsibility for our health and habits. It’s the right time for us all to realize that the body is self-healing, self-organizing, and self-regulating when in a state of openness and adaptability to change. Most people resist change on all levels because of fear, which is a major contributor to suffering.

Many have believed and it is now being studied that by putting yourself into zero point field you are opening yourself to endless possibilities for change and transformation.

I believe energetic medicine is the way of the future. I will continue to bring new products, tools and healers to you, that you can use on your healing journey.

All the wise masters of the past have tried desperately to convey this message to us. I think we are ready to hear and I think we are ready to create some amazing tools to help us.

There is much more to this than just pain relief.  We are looking at using this to increase the health of: the circulation system, digestive system, lymphatic system, organ system, reproductive system, and even the emotional system.  This naturally leads to the reduction of health care costs  and personal grief of trying to find the right healer, when the true healer is the ONE within.

These simple phrases allow you to stop…it opens you and helps you to feel and get a glimspe of the answer.  All our answers are within us.  Often we act or react to something someone says or what someone wants or wants us to do, without really stopping to check in what is the best for ME!  When we react we are acting on autopilot..we are going through the motions without a clear direction and without lining up with our true wants and desires.

 I love what Neale Walsh says about reacting…He says when we are in REACTION we are not seeing clearly or acting with clarity.  We act with clarity when we are lined up with the true us, the us within, the power within, our true self.  So reaction is based on something outside of ourselves.  But when we are in CREATION mode, we are responding with clarity.  We are responding to something by first checking in, finding our answers and lining up with our truest self and true desires.

REACTION        vs         CREATION             There is only one difference in these words…and that is the letter C.

So when we “C” clearly we are the creators of our reality.

So stop today and ask I wonder…….and watch what unfolds.  Practice…this is a habit to develop and use to create what you want in your life.

The following is a review written by a doctor after reading the book and experiencing Matrixs Energetics.  I wanted to include it here as a testimonial to the possibilities of energy, consciousness and our ability to heal.

“I would not be writing this review, but I decided to after reading the previous post that this book is “Total Bunk.”Being a doctor and also interested in quantum physics, I was intrigued with the idea of combining the two.I read the book with a somewhat skeptical mindset, but tried to keep open-minded enough to see if there was “something” I could get from it.I agree with some other posters that the book is somewhat of a hodgepodge and not really good at explaining the techniques.For writing, I would give it only three stars.I also thought some of the claims made either by the author or by some of the seminar attendees (as outlined in the book) were a bit pie-in-the-sky.I went to the website and noticed an upcoming seminar close to me and decided to see for myself what it was about.

Well, Dr. Bartlett got on stage and brought up people from the audience. One after another, people were falling over backwards after he touched them.It looked similar to the b.s. you see the supposed televangelical “healers” do. One man stood in an uncomfortable extreme extension posture on stage for about twenty minutes while Dr. Bartlett continued teaching and working on other people on stage. I thought I was probably witnessing some kind of hypnotic suggestions.

The next day of the seminar, Dr. Bartlett began teaching us how to do what he does.The woman sitting next to me was another doctor who had stopped her medical practice many years prior due to multiple cervical (neck) and lumbar (low back) spinal fusions from previous injuries. She had almost no strength in her right arm due to nerve damage from the neck surgery and constant pain and spasms in her left arm and shoulder from compensating for the weakness on the right. We looked at each other, both skeptical that anything like Dr. Bartlett was saying could be true, let alone us be able to do it after a brief intro.

On my first “application” of the first technique on her, there was some reduction in the spasms in the left arm with a total reduction of the pain.I decided to move on to the left arm to something I could measure more “objectively. ”I first tested her forearm flexor muscles and found almost no strength, then applied Dr. Bartlett’s technique and retested. To our astonishment, she instantly regained about 50% of her strength.I applied the technique on that same side once again and retested.She had a full level 5 (normal) strength rating.I then moved on to the time travel technique.The doctor fell back into her seat when I got to the age that her neck injury occurred.I then two-pointed, with focused intent, to her neck, and “got out of the way. ”She instantly looked several years younger (we later joked about using this for anti-aging) and I told her to move her neck. Her ranges of motion were almost normal.Still being somewhat skeptical that I could have had anything to do with something like this, I spoke to her the next day to ask her if her improvements lasted, which they had. She had spend a part of the night reassessing her beliefs and I could see she was experiencing a total life change. Dr. Bartlett ended up bringing her up onto the stage on the last day of the seminar and worked on the rest of the range of motion in her neck and then her lumbar spine, having no idea that her entire lumbar spine had been fused.She bent down and touched the floor with her fingers. The stressed, skeptical face I saw in her on day one turned into one of extreme joy with a very wide smile and she was blinking back tears.

The other people I worked on were not as dramatic and I didn’t have as dramatic effects occur on myself (but didn’t have anything in particular that needed “healing”), but after I used the “time travel” technique on another person, I was able to give her a rundown of her life experiences from age to age that she said was “very accurate.”As I did the technique on her, I “felt” things at certain ages and wasn’t certain what I was feeling.AFter it was over, I gave her a quick overview of her life, not knowing what I was going to say until a split second before I actually said it.In other words, I ended up giving her a psychic reading of her past, but had no idea what her past was until I began to verbalize it!

Once I got home from the seminar, I applied the techniques to my partner (another doctor), who has a long history of injuries, including one that lead to back surgery, and terrible, contorted posture.To our surprise, he leaned forward and his very contracted calves began to elongate, then he went into a strange dance standing in place that we could see was correcting his lower legs and pelvic region.The injuries that lead to the calf contractures occurred when he was a teenager.It was the first time in decades that he felt them lengthen and relax.The next day, the focus was on another aspect of his posture.He went into another standing dance that was different than the day before and was more flowing–kind of like tai chi.It was apparent that he was moving in directions he was not able to voluntarily do on his own.This lasted about 25 minutes until he was becoming fatigued and decided to stop it, but during that time, the dance changed and I could see the focus on another aspect of his faulty postural patterns as though his nervous system was being retrained.By the way, he did not attend the seminar because he was totally skeptical and was surprised when his body began to spontaneously move when I first touched him.We have more work to do, but he reports that he is able to walk more comfortably and his chronic postural pain has reduced.

Dr. Bartlett himself does not claim to “know” exactly what he’s doing.In fact, his emphasis is on shutting down the logical left side of the brain in favor of the subconscious and creative right side.It’s basically having a focused intent for the person you’re “working” on, then throwing it out to “the universe”, “God”, “higher power”, “higher self”, your “guides”, “angels”, “collective unconscious”, or whatever you’re comfortable calling it, to do the work from there.I certainly cannot claim, with all my training, to know exactly what I “did”, except to use my consciousness to collapse the probability wave in spacetime to set “something” into motion.

And so, this bunk-seeker will be signing up for the next level seminar and will probably end up getting certified under Dr. Bartlett.This appears to hold much more promise than the $80,000 in student loans that I took out to pay for my medical training many years ago.This, I do believe now, is the medicine of the future or at the very least–a new branch.Dr. Bartlett is on to “something” and it’s apparent that this is only just the beginning.”
