Webster says: The meaning of the word truth extends from honesty, good faith, and sincerity in general, to agreement with fact or reality in particular.

The term has no single definition about which a majority of professional philosophers and scholars agree, and various theories of truth continue to be debated. There are differing claims on such questions as what constitutes truth; how to define and identify truth; the roles that revealed and acquired knowledge play; and whether truth is subjective, relative, objective, or absolute. This article introduces the various perspectives and claims, both today and throughout history.

So even the experts are somewhat unsure of what truth really is.

Dealing with a crisis can be the most difficult time of your life.  Everything gets turned upside down.  We may even go into shock.  Now how do we know the truth to follow.

Sometimes we just want someone to tell us the truth for us.  They can’t.  The truth resides in each of us and is the only truth there is for us.

Does truth change?  Each moment is new and different and ever-evolving.  In each moment, go within and access your truth.  Jesus said, “Be still and you will know.”

He was pointing us to the truth that is available to us every moment.

This is the most important piece of the puzzle for living.  If we believe this and act this and BE this, your life will be more peaceful.  Under the layers of beliefs you have aquired since you were a child, is the underlying fear of not being good enough.  As a newborn baby you knew you were love.

With time we begin to think “I am separate from love”.  Through our experiences we develop thoughts that I have to heal, improve, and change who IAM to know love. When in effect what we have to do is ‘realize’ love – what we already are. We do this by accepting who we are, honoring our vulnerabilities, and living within peace by not seeking to continually fix who we are. 

Only when we truly love ourselves do we have it to give to others.

When you know that there is nothing you have to do, nothing to improve, you live in love, experience love, and express love.

Once you know this and have the tools to experience this, life flows.  The present moment is the place of love.

Did you know the chemicals that make up our emotional feelings only stay in our blood for 90 seconds? 90 Seconds!  We all have the power to cycle out of worry, anger or fear…here’s how.  Feel how your “mood” or “attitude” or “feeling” actually feels in your body.  Are you calm?  Peaceful?  Happy?  Is life feeling pleasant right now?  If not, then REST, put yourself on PAUSE for 90 seconds.  STOP whatever you are doing.  Breathe.  Breathe again.  Breathe once more.  Then shift your thoughts to anything or anyone you love and allow your chest to relax: music, sunsets, mountains, oceans, dogs – and keep picturing and thinking and breathing for 90 seconds.  This isn’t a game, this is physiology.  You must be truly engaged with your emotions for this to work…and it does work!  You are the conductor of your internal chemical orchestra.

Integrative medicine is the way to go when you are dealing with cancer or any chronic disease. 

Because of this stress and the overload of toxins, you end up with a malfunctioning immune system, and a body that is not capable of destroying the excessive numbers of cancerous cells that develop. Some, sooner or later, survive and multiply. And then you have cancer. Of course, our diets loaded with sugar and refined carbohydrates don’t help. Refined carbohydrates digest so fast they act like sugar, and cancer cells love sugar. They have about 15 times more receptor cells for capturing sugar than healthy cells.

Overcoming cancer is a process of reversing the conditions that allowed the cancer to develop, and going after and killing cancerous cells.

The exact causes don’t have to be known, though certainly the more varied the approaches taken to correct those conditions, the more likely you are going to hit on what works best in a particular case. What you need to do is to strongly and dramatically interrupt and reverse the cancer-causing conditions in your body so that it becomes healthier, and stops breeding cancer.

The more cancer there is, the more serious the condition, meaning much more has to be done — fast. It may be too late, or it may not. No one knows where that cutoff point is as some people given only a few days to live have pulled through and conquered cancer when they applied these strategies.

There was a woman whose daughter was in the advanced stages of brain cancer.  She asked her oncologist if it was ok to give her daughter a superfood called blue green algae. Her doctor told her that it was no problem, that in fact a number of his patients had used that supplement with success in fighting cancer.

Naturally she wondered why he didn’t tell her about this product a year before when they came to him.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t tell her about this or any “natural or alternative health therapies” and stay employed.  Insurance regulations would preclude such suggestions.  And he could get into administrative trouble by recommending natural, non-drug treatments for cancer. 

His advice is controlled by a large medical industry that makes mega money off expensive cancer fighting drugs and treatments.  An industry that doesn’t look favorably on natural supplements or other cancer treatments as they cannot patent them to make high profits.

Fifty years from now, the current conventional cancer treatments used by doctors will on the whole be viewed in the same light that we view the old medical practice of using leeches to cure illnesses.

Chemotherapy and other treatments damage cells and tear down and weaken the immune system. But the problem in the first place is that your immune system is already weak, and that your cells are already damaged.

Even if tumors do go into remission, these treatments will have damaged other cells, which are more likely to turn cancerous. The immune system, unless it is supported by supplements and diet to help it recover, will be in worse shape then ever.

While it may have taken decades for cancer to develop the first time around, the second time usually takes a year or two.

Another reason why doctors ignore sensible, safe and healthy treatments for cancer, and recommend costly and illogical treatments instead — is human nature. They advise and prescribe what they know. Just what we all do.

You go to them and you get what they know. You assume they will do the best they can for you, while in fact they only do what the system teaches them, promotes and allows them to do.

A Doctor’s Shocking Closed-Door Confession  …

In a survey of 79 oncologists from McGill University Cancer Center in Canada, 64 said they would not consent to treatment with Cisplatin, a common chemotherapy drug, while 58 oncologists said they would reject all the current trials being carried out by their establishment. This information is shocking to say the least.  But consider this …

Doctors today are not very different than they were 150 or 200 years ago. Back then the common practice was for interns and doctors working on cadavers to walk down the hall to deliver a baby without washing their hands. Many women died from the subsequent infections.

Finally a doctor in charge of a clinic figured out what was happening, and had them wash their hands. The infections stopped. When he published his results, the medical profession was outraged. Good doctors could not be the cause of something like this. The doctor was ostracized and fired.

He went elsewhere and repeated the experiment. Again, deaths dropped. Again he announced the results, and again the medical profession rose up against him. The end of the story was, he lost everything, went insane from the tragedy of it all, and eventually killed himself.

Bottom line:  Don’t expect a doctor working inside the system to buck the system. The risks are too great.

According to the National Cancer Institute, about 500,000 people will be diagnosed with some form of cancer this year. You may not know it, but cancer — NOT heart disease — is the number one risk of death for most everyone.

Chemotherapy works by killing all cells — throughout your body — that multiply and divide rapidly. This would include cancer cells, and other rapidly multiplying and dividing cells, that we need, such as:

Bone marrow, which produces blood
Digestive system
Reproductive system
Hair follicles

This overkill approach is one of the causes of an astounding overall failure rate of chemotherapy, as you’ll see below.

In 2004, the Journal of Clinical Oncology published a study about chemotherapy’s success rates when looking at how many cancer patients were still alive after 5 years. It states:

RESULTS: The overall contribution of curative and adjuvant cytotoxic chemotherapy to 5-year survival in adults was estimated to be 2.3% in Australia and 2.1% in the USA.

CONCLUSION: As the 5-year relative survival rate for cancer in Australia is now over 60%, it is clear that cytotoxic chemotherapy only makes a minor contribution to cancer survival. To justify the continued funding and availability of drugs used in cytotoxic chemotherapy, a rigorous evaluation of the cost-effectiveness and impact on quality of life is urgently required.

You’d be hard pressed to find anything still being touted as your best shot at a cure with an average success rate of just over 2 percent, which chemotherapy has, if it wasn’t for the fact that big profits were driving the recommendation. For stage 4 cancers the rate is less than half of one percent.

Fundamentally, chemotherapy rarely works. Worse, some drug treatments also promote the spread of cancer. But somehow the rationale to avoid these agents because they might promote cancer does not apply when it comes to drugs.

– A Cancer Journal for the Clinician article concludes by stating:

“Pending the publication of suitable trials, clinicians must be guided by existing data in the context of a fundamental principle of medicine, “Primum non nocere.” (First do no harm.)

And yet, conventional cancer treatments can in no way, shape or form ever be considered harmless.

It is not all gloom and doom with chemotherapy. For two decades Dr. Perez Garcia has been using a treatment he calls Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT). It consists of giving a patient a dose of insulin followed by a tiny dose of chemotherapy.

Cancer cells have 15 times more insulin receptors than normal cells. The insulin dose helps to target chemotherapy into cancer cells because they have so many more insulin receptors. So small doses of chemotherapy can be used that cause little harm to normal cells. With Stage 1 or 2 cancer, IPT is, I read, about 80% successful, mixed results for more serious cancers. So after two decades of use, how many doctors were using IPT in the USA? 29. Hard to believe isn’t it.

Many oncologists make much of their income from the markup they make on chemotherapy drugs, and small doses don’t make big money.

You don’t have to avoid chemotherapy or radiation therapy to receive benefits from natural products and supplements. In fact, nutritional supplements are quite useful when used in conjunction with chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery. The best ones work to support the body so that radiation and chemo will actually work better. In addition, the immune system will be stronger, and better able to keep cancer from developing again.

It makes sense, doesn’t it, to supplement your chemotherapy or radiation treatments with other options that support your body and actually help it be much more effective in fighting cancer.

Many people only do chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and do not also support their body’s fight against cancer in other ways. All too often, the cancer is not destroyed, or comes back a short while later. And no wonder…

If the immune system has been wiped out by chemotherapy or radiation, cancer is bound to overrun the body even faster than before.

Seeking other options after the doctors throw in the towel and say there is nothing else they can do, is necessary. It makes more sense to correct the underlying causes of cancer early on when the odds are much better. Especially with natural supplelments that can do no harm.

Natural supplements won’t hurt you. They can only help. They won’t make chemotherapy or radiation therapy less effective.  Instead they amplify the power of whatever cancer treatments you may be doing by attacking cancer in other ways, or supporting the health of the body and immune system.  For example, research studies have shown that when you oxygenate cancer cells, radiation therapy is more effective at killing those cells. And beta glucan, when used in conjunction with some types of chemotherapy, produced marked improvement over chemotherapy alone.

Certainly some people beat cancer using chemotherapy or radiation therapy. But look at the number of deaths from cancer, and you see that to many people don’t. Not using natural supplements to fight cancer is like being in a life and death struggle, and choosing to fight with one hand tied behind your back.

Hit cancer hard. This is one fight you don’t want to lose.

The more support you give your body, the better you will be at handling any possible side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and the better your body will be at fighting cancer.

A natural approach to cancer is based on making your body healthier. To strengthen a depleted, worn out, under energized immune system that is not capable of killing cancer cells as fast as they are multiplying.

Use safe, natural supplements to change the body’s internal environment to one that does not support the growth of cancer, and to directly kill cancer cells.

Cancer Drugs Make Tumors Grow 

Drugs like Avastin that are used to treat some cancers are supposed to work by blocking a vessel growth-promoting protein called vascular endothelial growth factor, or VEGF. With VEGF held in check, researchers have assumed tumors wouldn’t generate blood vessels and that should keep malignancies from growing. In a sense, the cancerous growths would be “starved”. But new research just published in the journal Nature shows this isn’t true. Instead of weakening blood vessels so they won’t “feed” malignant tumors, these cancer treatments, known as anti-angiogenesis drugs, actually normalize and strengthen blood vessels — and that means they can spur tumors to grow larger.

For their study, researchers at the Moores Cancer Center at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in La Jolla, replicated the action of anti-angiogenesis drugs by genetically decreasing VEGF levels in mouse tumors and inflammatory cells in several types of cancers, including pancreatic cancer. The research team, headed by David Cheresh, Ph.D., professor and vice chair of pathology at UCSD, also used drugs to inhibit VEGF receptor activity. The results? In every single instance, blood vessels were not weakened but, instead, were made normal again. And in some cases, tumors increased in size..

In a prepared statement for the press, Dr. Cherish said: “We’ve discovered that when anti-angiogenesis drugs are used to lower the level of VEGF within a tumor, it’s not so much a reduction in the endothelial cells and losing blood vessels as it is an activation of the tumor blood vessels supporting cells. It appears that the drugs, in shutting down VEGF activity, are actively maturing blood vessels, causing them to become stable and more normal, as opposed to reducing blood vessels.”

Although the findings of this study might sound like a death knell for drugs like Avastin, Dr. Cheresh claims the fact anti-angiogenesis drugs can increase tumor size and give them stronger blood vessels could be a good thing. According to his press statement, he suggests chemotherapy drugs may be able to get to cancer tumors more directly through the stronger blood vessels created by the anti-angiogenesis drugs. “We have to test available regimens and perhaps restructure the way that we give drugs,” he said. “We may be giving the right drugs, but we may not be giving them in the right order. We’re just beginning to understand how it works.”

That could be seen a huge understatement. After all, Dr. Cheresh’s own research shows the supposedly cancer fighting anti-angiogenesis drugs appear to do exactly the opposite of what scientists thought they did.

Dr. Cheresh also points out in his media statement that the results of the Nature study demonstrate how a specific host’s response to cancer is critical in terms of susceptibility to therapy. “It’s not just about the therapy, but also what the host does in response to the cancer that makes a difference whether a tumor lives or dies, and if it’s susceptible to a drug or not. We can change the host response to the cancer,” he stated.

While Dr. Cheresh is talking about using drugs to influence how the host responds to cancer, natural health treatment advocates have pointed out for decades that strengthening the body’s own defense system and avoiding cancer-promoting and potentially health-weakening toxins, foods and behaviors can help keep cancer at bay. Mainstream medicine appears to be recognizing the efficacy of this strategy more and more, too.

For example, a new review sponsored by the American Cancer Society just published in CA: Cancer Journal for Clinicians studied potential pharmaceutical, dietary, surgical, and other approaches to reducing the risk of breast cancer . The conclusions show that risk reduction strategies should focus primarily on lifestyle factors — specifically, eating a healthy diet, drinking alcohol moderately or not at all, and maintaining a healthy weight. Every human soul comes to this earth with a purpose, often unaware of what that purpose is, but deep down there is a tugging of the human mind and body to follow that journey from within.

Anna’s words of wisdom are an inspiration to all of us.

Anna came into the world via in vitro fertilization, so that she would be a genetic match for her older sister Kate. Kate, the eldest daughter of the Fitzgerald family, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia when she was 2 years.   When  Anna was born, her cord blood was donated to her sister, but when the leukemia returned, she then had to donate blood and bone marrow.

When Kate’s kidneys fail, Anna is expected to donate one of her own.  Isn’t this her purpose for being born?

Anna’s parents made the decision to create Anna for the purpose of saving Kate.

Radiation Treatment for Breast Cancer Causes Cancer in the Other Breast

(NaturalNews) Young women who receive radiation treatment after breast cancer surgery are significantly more likely to later develop cancer in the other breast than women who did not undergo such radiation.

The findings come from a study, published online in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, on more than 7,000 women who were treated for breast cancer in Netherlands between the years of 1970 and 1986. All study participants were diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 71.

Among study participants in general, the risk of developing cancer in the opposite breast (contralateral breast cancer) after treatment in the first breast was three to four times higher than the rate for new cases of breast cancer. This risk only went up with a number of other risk factors, including family predisposition or treatment with radiation or chemotherapy.

Researchers from the Erasmus Medical Center Daniel den Hoed Cancer Center in Rotterdam examined the cancer risk in women based on whether they were treated with radiation after a lumpectomy (partial breast removal) or mastectomy (complete breast removal). They found that women under the age of 45 who received radiation treatment after a lumpectomy were 1.5 times more likely to develop contralateral cancer than women who received post-mastectomy radiation treatment.

Similarly, the risk of contralateral breast cancer among all patients under the age of 45 increased by 9 percent if they had received radiation treatment. Among women treated before the age of 35, the increase in risk associated with radiation therapy was far higher — 78 percent.

When the participants were examined all together and not divided by age, there was no correlation between radiation treatment and increased cancer risk.

Radiation treatment is commonly used after the surgical removal of cancerous breast tissue in order to kill any cancerous cells that might remain. It is used most often after any lumpectomy, after any mastectomy of a breast that contained a tumor larger than five centimeters, or in any cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes.

The chemotherapy drugs cyclophosphamide, fluorouracil and methotrexate also increased the risk of contraleteral cancer, but only after five years. Within the first five years after treatment, there was no difference in contralateral cancer rates between those who had received the drugs and those who had not.

To date, many researchers have assumed that high rates of contralateral breast cancer can be mostly attributed to the risk factors that contributed to the original cancer, such as genetic predisposition. This study is one of the first to suggest that cancer treatment itself might also increase risk.

That family predisposition affects breast cancer risk is fairly well accepted by researchers, and scientists have identified two genetic mutations in particular (BRCA1 and BRCA2) that seem to play a role. In the current study, the highest risk of contralateral cancer was seen among women who had three or more relatives who had already had breast cancer. But such predispositions appear to have the greatest effect in the presence of environmental risk factors.

In the current study, young women who had received post-lumpectomy radiation treatment and who also had a strong history of breast cancer in their family had their risk of contralateral cancer increased by 3.5 times.

The researchers did not test participants for the BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations.

Study author Maartje J. Hooning said that her study has immediate implications for cancer treatment.

“[Although] radiation techniques of today will lead to a lower dose to the contralateral breast than the techniques presented in our study, treating clinicians should be aware of the existing dose-response relationship for risk of contralateral breast cancer. Especially in young women, the radiation dose to the contralateral breast should be kept as low as possible.”

Breast cancer is the world’s second most common and fifth most lethal cancer. Women in the United States have the highest rate of the disease worldwide.

(NaturalNews) A higher intake of vitamin E can cut the risk of lung cancer by more than half, researchers from the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center has found.

In a new study published in the International Journal of Cancer, researchers used the National Cancer Institute’s Health Habits and History Questionnaire and Food Frequency Questionnaire to assess the dietary intakes of 1,088 lung cancer patients and 1,414 healthy participants. Participants were further surveyed about various lifestyle factors, including smoking.

The average age of the healthy participants was 60.8, while the average age of the lung cancer participants was 61.7.

Vitamin E occurs in two main groups, the tocopherols and tocotrienols. Each of these groups, in turn, contains four varieties, named alpha, beta, gamma and delta. For the current study, the researchers analyzed participants’ dietary tocopherol intake, dividing it up based on which form it occurred in.

“To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to compare dietary intakes of the different forms of tocopherols (alpha-, beta-, gamma and delta-tocopherol) and lung cancer risk,” the researchers wrote.

The researchers divided participants into groups based on intake of tocopherols in general and the four different varieties individually, then compared the rate of lung cancer between the groups.

Participants with the highest tocopherol intake were found to have a 55 percent lower risk of lung cancer than participants with the lowest intakes. The average intakes of the two groups were more than 12.95 milligrams per day and less than 6.68 milligrams per day, respectively.

A powerful protective correlation also showed up for alpha-tocopherol, with those consuming the most having a 53 percent lower risk of lung cancer than those with the lowest intake. The highest alpha-tocopherol intake averaged more than 7.73 milligrams per day, while the lowest averaged less than 4.13 milligrams per day.

Higher consumption of beta-, gamma- or delta-tocopherol alone, however, appeared to have no influence on cancer risk.

“We found consistent independent associations for increased dietary alpha-tocopherol intake and risk reduction but did not find independent associations for gamma-, beta- and delta-tocopherol in lung cancer risk,” the researchers wrote.

The European diet typically contains vitamin E in the form of alpha-tocopherol, while the U.S. diet tends to contain it in the form of gamma-tocopherol. Vitamin pills contain mostly alpha-tocopherol.

The study was not designed to analyze by what mechanism tocopherols in general or alpha-tocopherol in particular might act to reduce cancer risk.

“Our data should be useful in stimulating additional epidemiologic and basic science research in the relationship of different forms of vitamin E and cancer,” the researchers wrote.

Foods high in vitamin E include asparagus, avocado, green leafy vegetables, nuts, olives, seeds and wheat germ. A variety of vegetable oils, including canola, corn, cottonseed, red palm, sunflower and soybean are also high in the vitamin.

The new study is not the first to link vitamin E with cancer protection. The vitamin is well known to function as an antioxidant, meaning that it plays an important role in removing particles known as free radicals from the body. These electrically charged molecules are believed to be responsible for some of the cell damage that leads to cancer, other diseases, and the symptoms of aging.

Research has also suggested that vitamin E may help prevent or slow age-related decline. Elderly people with higher blood levels of the vitamin tend to be in better physical shape, while another study found that taking a vitamin E pill with a high-fat meal can stave off the memory decline that such foods tend to trigger in older adults.

Lung cancer is the world’s most common cancer, and is responsible for more deaths than any other kind. In the Western world, it is the second most common cancer, but still the deadliest. Only 25 percent of cancer patients are still alive a year after diagnosis.

Cancer- a sentence or a word?
The word cancer still strikes fear into people’s hearts. In 1971 then president Nixon declared a war on cancer with the aim of winning it by the bicentennial in 1976. Suffice to say this hasn’t happened. In fact the death rate for cancer in the USA adjusted for age and population has declined only 5% in over 50 years. This is despite the spending of billions of dollars.(link 2)

Yet there are people who have beaten cancer and lived long years to tell the tale. The question arises what is different about those people, as they have often received the same medical treatment as those who didn’t survive? In my opinion it will be in their attitudes and how they manage their condition.

Those who see cancer as a word rather than a sentence, those who examine and change their lifestyles do best. I have heard many people describe getting cancer as a wake up call. These people have looked at what aspects of their life are not working and may be “cancerous.” For some it is their diet, some are in toxic relationships, others are overworked. There is no one answer. There are answers though and that is the positive message of every person who has “beaten” cancer.

The key message though is that it is more to do with the individual than the treatment. This does not mean that cancer can be meditated away or replace the need for medical treatment. It does mean that those who take an active role in their recovery will do better than those who regard themselves as “victims.”

Interesting too this week, questions being raised about chemotherapy guidelines being too influenced by the pharmaceutical industry. Writing in the Internal Medicine Journal leading Australian oncologists have criticized drug company sponsored guidelines which encourage” aggressive and often futile treatment with expensive chemotherapy agents”.(link 3http://www.6minutes.com.au/articles/z1/view.asp?id=478308 ) In the US a new trial on the drug Avastin failed to show a significant effect in preventing the recurrence of colon cancer. Sales of this drug in the USA were $2.7 billion last year.(link 1)

It is not all doom and gloom. Take an active role in any treatment. Do not see yourself as a victim. Be prepared to look honestly at aspects of your life, which may not be serving you. Be prepared to make changes. Be accepting of your emotions and work through them without suppressing them.

Each person is on a journey in this life. There are lessons to learn and experiences to be had. Work with your body not against it. This does not guarantee recovery from cancer or any illness. It does mean you will get the most out of the days you have on earth however many they may be.

How I Cured Stage 4 Cancer in Two Weeks For Less Than The Cost Of A Night At The Movies

I would be dead today without my crazy, easy cure.

I’m the author of the book The Doctor Who Cures Cancer. But today I’d like to talk to you about my easy victory over my own Stage 4 cancer.

The truth is that I was only able to come up with a key part of this extremely simple cure from what I learned from writing the book.

UCLA Researchers Confirm My Method!

Maybe the best place to start with this would be to let you know that researchers at UCLA garnered lots of headlines two years ago because they had done something pretty incredible. (1)

What had the UCLA researchers done? They shrank tumors by 80% with the heat from habaneros peppers. That is quite extraordinary in terms of what is usually accomplished with toxic drugs.

It’s also worth noting that in the US the State of New Mexico has the lowest cancer mortality rate of all 50 states. They probably eat more peppers in New Mexico per capita than all the other states, too.

In other words, the researchers at UCLA made a great choice in examining the anti-cancer properties of hot peppers.

My own success in curing myself with habaneros peppers preceded the UCLA researchers by seven years. And I didn’t shrink my many tumors by 80%…I shrank them 100%.

UCLA’s research results did confirm that my own method was an extremely powerful weapon against cancer. I’m eternally grateful for their confirmation.

But then, I used habaneros peppers PLUS two more low tech ingredients…running rings around the findings made by the UCLA guys and gals.

(By the way, if you absolutely can’t tolerate peppers, you can substitute freshly grated ginger…grated daily…not from a jar!)

Research from the Universities of Michigan and Minnesota just scratch the surface of ginger’s power against cancer. Not only does ginger cause cancer cell death, it also makes the cancer cells turn on themselves. Speaking technically, that means the tumors go away. (2) (3)

I Had Lesions From Top To Toe

Well, almost.

Let me start from the beginning. One morning as I was about to step into the shower, I noticed a couple of large round looking red splotches on my thigh and calf. They were about the size of a half dollar.

I wasn’t sure what to make of them, but they stood out like crazy. By the next day, the two red lesions had turned brown. Only they were now accompanied by several more large red splotches.

Some were on my upper back, lower back, hips, thighs and calves on both sides of my body. Within 24 hours, they turned brown, too.

At this point, most people would probably have freaked out. I had a darn good reason not to, however. I couple years earlier, I had written a book entitled The Doctor Who Cures Cancer.

Gathering the research for the book gave me some critically important information that helped me to develop my own method.

I figured, if what I had was cancer, that’s not a problem because curing cancer isn’t as difficult as we’ve been led to believe.

No, I wasn’t pregnant!

Many years earlier, I’d also learned that the common pregnancy tests sold in drug stores will sometimes produce a positive result if the person taking the test has cancer.

A call to the makers of one of the products confirmed that this is true: pregnancy screening tests can sometimes pick up the presence of cancer. It is well known among physicians that home pregnancy tests can show a false positive for pregnancy when the person being tested has cancer.

The test isn’t real accurate if the result is negative because the test kit requires that a high threshold be met before the test will read positive.

Pregnant women easily reach the threshold, but a person with cancer doesn’t necessarily produce enough of the hormone to register on the test kit.

But if the kit does show “positive” in a non-pregnant person, it is highly accurate for uncovering cancer.

It seemed to me that it was worth a shot as a screening mechanism. Since I am a male, a positive test result would tell me what I needed to know.

I did the test, and sure enough, the ‘pregnancy’ test result came up positive. You might be wondering why a pregnancy test would read positive.

I’m glad you asked. Pregnancy tests screen for the presence of a hormone called HCGH (human chorionic gonaditrophin hormone.)

It’s the same hormone that is elevated in cancer patients. But in most cases the level in cancer patients aren’t high enough to trigger a positive test result.

Down below will be listed information on a more sophisticated pregnancy test that’s about 97% accurate for detecting cancer. I’ll tell you more about that test in a minute.

Pregnancy kit ’says’ I’m pregnant!

In my case, my HCGH was high enough to score positive on the test. So there I was, a man, with more than a dozen large lesions AND a positive pregnancy test result!

There was no point for me to go to a physician at that point, because (a) I had no insurance, and far more importantly, (b) chemo sucks in treating solid mass tumors, and I had more than a dozen visible tumors! There’s no telling how many tumors there might have been hidden within my body.

Then there was reason (C) for not going to see a physician!!! The first thing the doctor would have wanted to do would be to cut out a portion of one of the lesions to have it examined by a pathologist.

I had learned something profound when writing The Doctor Who Cures Cancer which was later confirmed in a book about Judah Folkman, M.D., (inventor of Angiostat) that the act of cutting out a portion of a tumor activates more tumors to sprout wings.

It seemed to me that there were too many tumors raging already to let anyone cut on me spurring further growth.

Here’s a real brief recipe list here.

(1) Grate one habaneros pepper each day, putting it on bread (2) Grate two cloves of garlic each day, putting them on bread (3) 1-2 Tablespoons of Emulsified cod liver oil each day.* TwinLabs makes some wonderfully flavored cod liver oil.

I used the cod liver oil because I was not losing any weight or dealing with fluid retention. If I had either of those conditions, I would have used evening primrose oil instead of the emulsified cod liver oil.

(4)Smother the grated garlic and habaneros peppers with real butter and eat it. No margarines of any type, including Smart Balance, etc.

That’s it!

The potent active ingredients from the peppers and the garlic disperse quickly. So they must be grated each day, and eaten immediately.

You’re probably thinking, whoa that’s gotta be hot!

Yes, it is. And it will make you breathe deeply! That’s a good thing, because heavy breathing pumps the lymph system. As you know, cancer cells often gather there.

What I did was put the habaneros and the garlic on one side of the bread and folded it over. Plus, it’s handy to have another half slice at the ready to cut the burning sensation in my mouth.

So let yourself breathe deeply for a minute or two and then eat the extra half slice of bread.

Let me say a word or two about the bread. I used Ezekiel spouted bread. You can get it in the freezer section of health food stores and at Publix.

Yes, it costs about $5.00. But keep in mind that all the ingredients together won’t cost you more than $20.

Can you use another bread? Maybe. Or maybe not. It is what I used, and I don’t like to mess with the success I had.

How well did this recipe of mine work?

All of my lesions went away in about four or five days. I had a dozen or more, so that was pretty good, if you ask me.

Since I wasn’t fond of the peppers and garlic (LOL!) I quit after the fifth or sixth day.

A few days later, three or four lesions came back. So I went back on the three part recipe. The lesions vanished once again in about four days.

After that, I continued to take the emulsified cod liver oil for about six months. On occasion I take another bottle of the cod liver oil. And I take fish oil sporadically.

This episode of my raging cancer took place around October of 1998 as best that I can recall. No lesion has returned since that time.

It’s working for others, too!

Here’s a comment given below from a woman who has tried my cure for two weeks:

“I wanted to make sure and report back to you after having followed your protocol for two weeks. I am SO PLEASED to say that the (stabbing, knife piercing) pains in my right breast are completely gone, and so is the lump!”

When you look at the possibility of being cancer free in two weeks, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. This works. it really works.

You can pick up 2/3’s of your cure at the grocery store.

In the first part of this two-part article I mentioned that researchers from UCLA used peppers to shrink tumors 80%. Here’s something to keep in mind about that.

The researchers don’t have a patent on peppers or garlic. The peppers are available at many grocery stores. Garlic is available at every grocery store in the United States, and probably the world over.

The point I’m making is that you have access to these ingredients, and you don’t need a lab coat or a university degree to buy them.

Here’s the info on the more sophisticated HCGH test:

The sophisticated test was developed by a Philippine Dr. Manuel D. Navarro in the late 1950’s! His son, Dr. Efren Navarro, continues to analyze the test results. The test is called the “HCG Urine Immunoassay.”

This HCG test can find cancer 12 to 27 months before other kinds of testing depending on the type of cancer.
