Cancer survivor speaker is sharing words of wisdom from a doctor who has dealth with cancer for many years.

His story below is similar to my experiences watching others suffer.  We want to help and give cancer support. 

Each is on there own journey and must choose their path.

Here is what Dr. Scott-Mumby has to say………….

“It’s an important saying of mine (applies to other areas too) that “You can’t want it for a person more than they want it for themselves!”

What I mean here is that it’s no use me, the knowledgeable doctor, and YOU, the caring friend or family of a cancer victim, wanting them to try something safer and gentler–if they don’t want it on their own determinism.

It can be exasperating in the extreme, watching someone succumb to the blunders of conventional therapy, knowing they could do much better by following simple alternative cures.

But if the patient won’t make the shift, they will probably succumb.

It came to a head again for me in the last few days, knowing that a friend of my neighbor is going rapidly downhill. She has stage IV breast cancer and has had the full medical onslaught of surgery and chemo. Now she is fighting for her life (and losing).

This is not a patient of mine but I learned second-hand that the whole household is hanging around in doom and gloom. It sounds dreadful:  almost as bad as vultures in the trees, waiting for the person to die.

If I was invited in I’d want to shake them up a bunch and yell “It’s not too late! Just DO something!”

See, the doctors have told her she is going to die and sent her home without hope. Having finished off her immune system with poison and having nothing else they can do, the picture doctors have now presented is that the patient has had
everything possible and it’s hopeless.

Now the poor woman has called a halt to all treatment. She’s had enough. She just wants to be left in peace to die with some vestige of dignity.

It makes me angry, the way they have sold this poor person the junk story, the lie, that she has had all possible reatments, all the right things were done, the “best” of medical care, and it’s just a tough break.

In actual fact she has been lied to, tricked, exploited, poisoned, brought down by ignorance, humiliated, damaged and denied any rights or access to what would have saved her. You can wager your shirt not one MD told her that her
diet was important, or an emotional detox, or trying herbs and homeopathy.(It’s actually against the law in California for a doctor to suggest such a thing).

Then they started the morphine.

That’s evil. The morphine will kill her and all the grieving family thinks “It’s all for the best, it will prevent her suffering”.

Well let me tell you about pain. With cancer it’s one of the most encouraging things that can happen, IF YOU KNOW THE RIGHT STORY.

In “Cancer Confidential” I have explained Dr Hamer’s theory (which works and gets results) and pointed out he teaches that the pain comes at the moment of resolution. It’s a healing sign.

Now she will be put to death by morphine and nobody will ever know the real truth. It’s considered the right thing to do by these licensed blunderers.
 
[Let me be completely transparent here and admit that when I was a young surgeon (xx years ago!), I used to prescribe the morphine in this situation. But that's when I was ignorant. At least I went to the trouble of learning the REAL
story of medicine and cancer cures, and did not go on living in the nonsense world of modern hospitals]

OK, you guessed it. I’m angry about this. Better cool down.

But whatever way you cut it, the big danger everyone faces with cancer is not chemo: it’s ignorance. Being led into darkness and confusion, as happened to the friend of my neighbor, can cost you your life. But knowledge will save you.
People need to know what the options are: NOW, not when you’re in turmoil from the diagnosis.

Will you be ready when the dreadful knee-shaking moment comes that they say “I’m sorry Jim, it’s malignant”?”
