Our fear stops life from moving through us. This fear stops us from experiencing everything we want so deeply and dream of every day.
FEAR=false evidence appearing real
We cling to this fear without even realizing it is the very thing that is limiting us. The pain we experience from holding onto this fear is great and often felt in every area of our lives. And we wonder why life is just not working out for us. We refuse to let go of this fear because we are afraid of what could happen. We convinced ourselves that this pain and fear is protecting us in some way. In reality it is blocking us from all the good available.
In the zone…connected…or in the flow…..is that place of pureness of who we really are. We are connected to divine and our true essence. The place where we can create anything we desire. This is the place where we were created to live. There are numerous references in sacrad texts describing this zone….heaven on earth, abundance peace and joy are at hand…you are this and more….
Life happens every day, every moment. We are not sure each moment what is coming our way in this vast, amazing universe. We dream and hope and plan…..and want to believe the best is coming our way. We do the things we think we are suppose to be doing and we hope for the best.
What happens when life happens? Unexplained situations show up in our life and hit us in the face? What do we do? How do we cope? How do we deal with the mack truck plowing us over?
It is not about what is coming at us or what life is delivering us. It is how we respond to the situation. Only in that moment can we do or be anything different. It is only in that moment that we are able to make a choice. What is your choice?
This is the most important piece of the puzzle for living. If we believe this and act this and BE this, your life will be more peaceful. Under the layers of beliefs you have aquired since you were a child, is the underlying fear of not being good enough. As a newborn baby you knew you were love.
With time we begin to think “I am separate from love”. Through our experiences we develop thoughts that I have to heal, improve, and change who IAM to know love. When in effect what we have to do is ‘realize’ love – what we already are. We do this by accepting who we are, honoring our vulnerabilities, and living within peace by not seeking to continually fix who we are.
Only when we truly love ourselves do we have it to give to others.
Webster says: The meaning of the word truth extends from honesty, good faith, and sincerity in general, to agreement with fact or reality in particular.
The term has no single definition about which a majority of professional philosophers and scholars agree, and various theories of truth continue to be debated. There are differing claims on such questions as what constitutes truth; how to define and identify truth; the roles that revealed and acquired knowledge play; and whether truth is subjective, relative, objective, or absolute. This article introduces the various perspectives and claims, both today and throughout history.
So even the experts are somewhat unsure of what truth really is.
Dealing with a crisis can be the most difficult time of your life. Everything gets turned upside down. We may even go into shock. Now how do we know the truth to follow.
Somewhere deep within I always knew perfect health was possible. Deep within I knew that each of us on this journey we are calling life have the potential for unlimited health and wellness. We were born to be whole, in body mind and spirit. This is how we were created.
How do I know this…..there are no words to describe this knowingness. It is part of me….IT IS PART OF YOU!
All of us have this knowingness within us. So why can’t we hear it or feel it? What has happened to us that this has been lost.? What has happened that we cannot access this valuable piece of our life?
Enlightenment is the Mount Everest in human consciousness. There is nothing greater in life to discover. It is the peak of ones existence that naturally blossoms when you’ve reached a sweet ripe maturity within every area of your life. Full enlightenment is not just about reaching a transcendental state of bliss through meditation. The real deal means you’ve also integrated this expanded understanding into your personal life. When you have mastered your relationships with people, money, food, sex, health, your body, feelings, thoughts and everything on your inner and outer world, then enlightenment simply finds you. It doesn’t have to take very long, the moment you discover a deep and complete peace within every area of your life, you will have reached the highest level of maturity and reveal what the enlightened state is all about.
There is only one thing that will delay your enlightenment. There is only one place that you can hide, where the enlightened state cannot find you. By doing this one thing, you will always block bliss from penetrating your being. This one thing is to remain in your mind, living up in your head, and never ever stop thinking. If you never give the mind space to rest it’s thinking routine, you can never relax deeply enough to know Nirvana.
On the enlightened path, you realize that “thinking” separates you from entering a cosmic state of being. Thinking only takes you away from the light of consciousness that is emanating from the core of your being… right now. Thinking actually creates a lack of consciousness, while being allows for more consciousness to enter. By dropping thinking, you attain this effortless Universal mind and fall into the highest levels of ecstatic consciousness.
