FEAR FEAR FEAR…………………
How do I deal with the never ending fear associated with a cancer diagnosis? (not just for cancer but for all our fears)
Just the word cancer brings up a huge energy of fear in everyone…we have come to know the word and the dreaded consequences of it. Cancer seems to be everywhere….it touches everyones life…its scary!! We begin to believe if I get cancer its a death sentence. Its not….but we hold these beliefs and fears about cancer within us.
If you are going through treatment for cancer it is a never ending state of fear…is the treatment working?
Will my cancer cells die? Will it come back? Will I be sick? What will happen to my kids, spouse, family? How am I going to pay for all this? What if I can’t work? What if I lose my job? What if I die?
Isn’t science wonderful?!
Did you know the chemicals that make up our emotional feelings only stay in our blood for 90 seconds? 90 Seconds! We all have the power to cycle out of worry, anger or fear…here’s how. Feel how your “mood” or “attitude” or “feeling” actually feels in your body. Are you calm? Peaceful? Happy? Is life feeling pleasant right now? If not, then REST, put yourself on PAUSE for 90 seconds. STOP whatever you are doing. Breathe. Breathe again. Breathe once more. Then shift your thoughts to anything or anyone you love and allow your chest to relax: music, sunsets, mountains, oceans, dogs – and keep picturing and thinking and breathing for 90 seconds. This isn’t a game, this is physiology. You must be truly engaged with your emotions for this to work…and it does work! You are the conductor of your internal chemical orchestra.
This is a direct message from our angels I received as a gift…..It is a gift to share with everyone!
In thinking about what I was told, the truth rang out to me. See how it feels to you.
This is a human dilemna….we live with so much fear that separates us from our inherit greatness.
You can insert any word in the place of “illness” and it still feels true to me. So whatever it is you are dealing with, take these wise words and use them in your life…….
“Yes I am your angel & I am with thee at your side. I have heard your question about fear ….
You fear what you can not see and you separate yourself from what it is that you are…which is pure light and oneness with that light.
You go outside of yourself and allow yourself to feel the unknown as fear.
Four very different individuals used four very different plans that have one thing in common: they cure cancer. These amazing stories can offer hope to individuals who are battling cancer. These stories profile the methods used by individuals who developed unique and natural treatments for cancer.
Living Proof – A Man’s Unusual Prescription for Bone Cancer:
In 1995, 54-year-old Michael Gearin-Tosh was diagnosed with myeloma, a form of cancer affecting the bone marrow. Myeloma is one of the most deadly forms of cancer. Faced with the prospect of chemotherapy, he decided to create his own natural protocol which included:
1. Gerson therapy entails juicing fresh fruits and vegetables; it is combined with three coffee enemas per day (www.gerson.org).
2. Regular acupuncture treatments.
3. He consumed enormous amounts of vitamin C, as prescribed by Dr. Linus Pauling.
‘Cure’ is found for skin cancer, claim scientists…….WOW I can’t wait to hear more on this.
I had stage 4 melanoma and there really is no real effective treatment even today. Not much progress has been made over the last 15 years. This is from a report out of the UK.
Scientists believe that they have found a cure for skin cancer.
A vaccine being tested in the UK has helped been shown to help some patients fully recover from melanoma, even in its advanced stages.
It attacks tumour cells, leaving healthy cells undamaged and carries agents that boost the body’s response to skin cancer.
Dr Howard Kaufman, of Chicago’s Rush University Medical Centre, said: “Our study shows we may have a cure for some advanced melanoma patients and a drug which has real benefits for others.
“This will save thousands of lives a year.”
Cancer – Turn It On or Turn It Off
America has one of the highest cancer rates in the world, and cancer is the most dreaded disease in our society. Once rare, affecting less than one in a thousand, by 1900 cancer affected 30 in a thousand. Today almost 500 in a thousand will develop cancer in their lifetimes. The situation has become so bad that almost all Americans over the age of 50 have cancer!
For example, it is known that after age 50, 40 percent of men have prostate cancer and 40 percent of women have breast cancer, and these are just two cancers. Cancer is also increasing among children and, after accidents, it is their biggest killer.
Finding meaning in cancer……………………..
Write your thoughts and feelings down in a journal:
Keeping a diary or journal may help you understand and find meaning in what is happening in your life.
You are free to write about anything you like, including:
• Hopes and fears
• Your life after treatment
• What it means to you to be a cancer survivor
• Your plans for the present and the future
You may find the process of journaling helps you recognize areas in your life that you can feel good about and areas that you want to change.
Find a quiet, comfortable spot to do your writing. Spend as much time writing as you want. You can write several pages, a couple of lines or even just one word to express how you feel or what you are thinking. Understand what’s important in your life:
