We have talked about hydrogen peroxide before. As a cancer survivor speaker I wanted to share this article on other uses of this simple, inexpensive product.
These are other ways to use Hydrogen Peroxide to Heal and Stay Healthy
Hydrogen peroxide has helped many people fight off flu and colds and when drops are placed in the ear it seems to be effective four out of five times used. This is especially true if this is done promptly upon onset of symptoms.
The belief is that colds and flu viruses typically enter the body through the ear canal. This is contrary to popular belief that viruses are usually caught through the eyes, mouth, or nose. One way to greatly reduce the chance of becoming ill with colds and flu is to keep fingers out of ears. Even when we are mindful of this, these microscopic airborne germs often land in the ears anyway. Once the germs enter the inner ear, they breed and then have access to the entire body and can travel and make one sick.
Most people are not aware of the vast differences between standard, refined salt and natural healthy salt. Sodium Chloride (standard table salt) is toxic to the body, is completely void of any vital trace minerals and can cause high blood pressure. Table salt is so refined it no longer has anything in common with crystal salt. Natural salt, in conjunction with water, is actually essential for the regulation of blood pressure. The natural crystal salt from the Himalayas does not burden your body as other salts do.

What a beautiful time of year to celebrate!
It is a time to celebrate with family and friends. Sometimes I feel we forget what we are celebrating. Everyone is so busy. Most people talk about being so busy they don’t know how they are going to get it all done. They activity of the season becomes the focus and priority and we can’t stop to really be in the spirit of the season.
The season is about love. It is a time when we are to take a break and BE who we are with the ones we love the most.

Then I read this and wanted to share it with you. It is said perfectly!
Imagine yourself as a flower. It is tightly closed, with the center of the flower sitting within the darkness, unseen and not celebrated for its beauty. If we imagine that this flower breathes life, as it breathes life it gently unfolds each petal, opening to the beauty and energy of the sun and the earth.
As the flower unfolds the center of the flower fully reveals itself. The center of the flower can be seen as our awareness to self-love.

Dangers of Microwave Ovens

Microwave ovens are proving to be far more dangerous to the human body than ever imagined. From killing nutritional enzymes in food to emitting cancer-causing electromagnetic waves, microwaves are literally “radiation ovens” that can come with harsh consequences for the price of convenience.
Though nearly 100 percent of Americans use microwave ovens for meal preparation, studies show that cooking with this form of electromagnetic energy is far from natural as it damages and distorts food molecules from their original form.
While no FDA or government studies have proven that microwave ovens are harmful, numerous independent cases and studies have shown that microwaves sap vital nutrients from food, and that the consumption of food cooked in microwaves can produce results as dangerous as cancerous effects on the blood.
But we do have control over our life and health. We do have choices we make every minute of every day.
What we put in our body whether it is foods or supplements or words recieved from someone else, is all energy. This energy affects our body. What are you putting in your body?
Words we recieve from someone else or words we say to ourselves can affect how our cells respond. So much negative talk goes on within our heads or our minds. Over time we begin to believe all of these negative messages. If you think about it, I bet you have negative messages you recieved as a child that you still carry with you.
If you knew for certain, based on faith or based on science, that these negative words, or energy bundles, affect you, would you change the words? Would you pay attention to what you believe from someone else? Would you change your beliefs about yourself? What is it worth to you?
To be healthy, we often think it is the food we eat, or the lifestyle we live, the exercise we get or don’t get, that only affects our health. And each of these do affect our physical bodies and therefore our health. There are good foods to eat, supplements to take, doctors and practitioners to help us, exercise that is good for our organs and muscles. There are millions of opportunities for us to use in our life to be physically healthier.
Often if we don’t see it, it isn’t there. If we don’t see or feel a symptom of dis-ease, we think we are healthy. Are we?

Stress is one of the leading causes of illness and disease. Even though you may not be experiencing any symptoms yet, it is in your body and affects your cells and organs. Then one day we wake up and wonder, “how did I get sick?”

We are bombarded by negative news today!
People are talking about losing jobs, losing investments, the recession, losing their homes, and all kinds of BAD stuff!
Our lives are filled with it. Stress is overwhelming for people and this affects our physical, mental and emotional health. What do we do about it?
The worse thing we can do it THINK about it! Our minds will try to think, think, think all day and all night. Now of course this doesn’t mean we just ignore our situation and not deal with it. On a daily basis there are decisions we have to make and actions we have to take. But our mind will try to control our life. It will start to tell us all the things that are bad or that are wrong with us or tell us it is hopeless to do anything about it. Do you believe it? How are you living each day, each moment? In hope and possibility or doom and gloom.
